Guest Speakers

Each week at our Club Meetings, we have guest speakers visit our Club and talk to us about their business, their lives, and other topics important to us as a club, as a community and as servants to the blind and disabled. Some of the upcoming guest speakers are listed below:

• January 5th - Dan Thompson, the President of Comfort Keepers, who will speak on "How the Graying Age is Changing Our Economy."
• January 12th - The Executive Director of Preservation Greensboro, Benjamin Briggs, will speak to the club
• January 19th - Hear from Brent McKinney, the Executive Director of the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART)
• January 26th - Our speaker is Dr. Kent Chatabor, President of Guilford College

Club Events

The Greensboro Host Lions Club has a number of events throughout the year, including an annual Walk/Run, a White Cane Drive, a Christmas Party, and various raffles and fund raisers.
